Cyndi Lauper performed her Detour concert at the Talking Stick Resort on October 7, 2016 in Scottsdale, AZ.
It was great! Cyndi sang all her hits including True Colors, Girls Just Want To Have Fun, Time After Time, She Bop. She also sang many classic country music songs off her new CD titled Detour including The End Of The World , Heartaches By The Numbers, Misty Blue, I Want To Be A Cowboy's Sweetheart, and many more. It was wonderful to hear Cyndi sing those classic country music songs. She was AWESOME. She looked great and sounded great! The audience had a fantastic time!

Detour showcases Cyndi Lauper's unmistakable voice on country classics from the 40s, 50s and 60s and features guest appearances from country music stars Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, Alison Krauss, and Willie Nelson. Lauper recorded the album in Nashville alongside a band comprised of the city's top session players. DETOUR will be available May 6 on CD, LP, and digitally.
