Spotlight On The Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre's
"A Closer Walk With Patsy Cline" in Mesa, Arizona

The "A Closer Walk With Patsy Cline" at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre in Mesa, Arizona was FANTASTIC!
Any Patsy Cline fan would love this show.  The show is even sanctioned by the Patsy Cline Estate.  The show is by Dean Reagan and Production Advisor is Charlie Dick.
The show settings was a radio Station WINC Radio, Winchester, Virginia, March 5, 1963, Lone Star Saloon, The Grand Ole Opry, Nashville, The Mint Casino, Las Vegas, Gospel Church, in the South, Carnegie Hall, New York City.
Heather Beck played Patsy Cline and she did the most fabulous job.  Beck is a inspiring and talented singer.  Beck portrayed Cline to the max and she was so enjoyable to hear and see.  The show was the history of the life of Patsy Cline throughout her career until her untimely death in a plane crash.

Throughout the show, Beck sang most of Cline's hits including "There He Goes", "Faded Love", "Walkin' After Midnight", "Your Cheatin' Heart", "Always", "Lovesick Blues", "Blue Moon of Kentucky", "Just A Closer Walk With Thee", "She's Got You", "Back in Baby's Arms", "Sweet Dreams", "I Fall To Pieces", "Crazy" and a few more.
The show also included Chuck Caruso who played Little Big Man/Comic.  He performed a funny and very enjoyable part.
The wonderful band included Rich Brennion whe was the Pedal Steel Guitar player, Justin Droegemueller who played Bass, Sam Henderson was the Conductor/Keyboard player, Michael Yinger played Guitar, and Matt Watson was on Percussion.
The show brought laughter and tears.  It was a wonderful performance by a talented cast.  I loved the show!  Go see it, you will love it too.

Patsy Cline was one of the all-time legends of country music. She is the number one jukebox play in the world. Her greatest hits album has sold over 10 million copies and has been in first place for over 200 weeks on Billboard?s Top Country Catalogue Albums. Cline was the first woman to have the number one hit on the pop and country charts at the same time and the first female vocalist to be inaugurated into the Country Music Hall of Fame (1973).
